Repairs and Servicing

We provide a full sewing machine repair service.

All repairs are done on our premises. Manufacturers' spare parts are available to us for all modern machines - and most of the old ones.

With no transport or "middleman's" costs, charges are moderate and the work is done quickly.

We operate a collection / delivery service (free of charge in or near York) and all our servicing work carries a 3 months written guarantee.

Collection and delivery of repairs is also possible at Brown's of Helmsley, if Helmsley is more convenient. This should be of particular interest to clients from the North Yorkshire/ Middlesbro' areas.

Whilst modern Instruction Books are well written and easy to follow, you will find our own USER'S GUIDE TO THE EASY OPERATION OF YOUR MACHINE to be a tremendous help, possibly even a blessing. If you have recently bought a machine from us, we will put this Guide in the post to you upon request. It is free of charge.
